Don't waste your money.

Bought 2 dresses. The fabric was cheap looking washed out. Black looked grey. Tried to return. Customer service told me that I had to pay for return and they would only credit $5 for 2 $60 dresses. I threw them away. Looked nothing like pictures.

The worst customer service ever!

The worst customer service ever!! Still waiting to receive my item which was supposedly shipped 3 weeks ago. Stay away - so many better retailers!

Return Policy

Got one star because they answered the phone. I purchased serval dresses from them and decided to return a few. I lost one of the packing slips and they would not let me return or exchange that item.
So now I have a dress that doesn't fit and nothing I can about it. Do not shop BOSTON PROPER!

I will not give a one star for customer service

I've been Boston Proper customer 15+ years. The style is very cute and quality is ok, but if you have return ore exchange item it is night mirror. If you got defective item what's happening very often, you have to call them, they will say send it back, no Charge for shipping back. It will take about 3 weeks and they will still charge you for the shipping. You have to call back and spend time to get these money back. After all of it NO MORE Boston Proper! It don't matter how cute this clothing.

Sized incredibly small

I have bought from Boston Proper before and their sizing was spot on. I ordered an off-white off the shoulder top with lace-cutout sleeves. I excitedly tried it on only to find I could not pull it over head and when finally done, was so tight as if I worder a girdle around my chest squashing everything. I didn't want a return, I wanted an exchange for a larger size, but they said it was final which didn't appear on website at the time I purchased. They wouldn't issue credit or allow me to buy something else. Don't buy from this company, THEY ARE NOT REPUTABLE!

Never again!

Purchased a dress from BP 6/8/22 and it did not fit, but I also did not like the style of the dress when received. I sent the dress back to BP and noted I wanted a refund. Instead of refund they sent me a different size of the dress. Well sent that one back stating I wanted a refund and still no refund as of today 7/26/22. And when you call the customer service just gives excuses of it has to be 10 days since we received it back and then they will refund. Well its been 15 days. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN FROM THEM. I should have looked at their reviews online prior to purchasing. They are horrible.

I am giving only one star because I…

I am giving only one star because I cannot give 0. This company is dishonest.

I bought a three-piece bathing suit from them in June 2022. I only tried on the top which fit terribly so I sent all pieces back in the same bags and with all tags attached immediately.

They received the return 10 days ago. I have called twice as they have not refunded my money. Both times they have given me the run around about being so busy they are behind.

I called them out and said I wanted to speak to a manager. She got off the phone and then came back and said the manager would call me. That was two days ago and I haven’t gotten any calls.

At this point I am out $233.00 . Boston Proper is a dishonest company who tries to steal your money.

I will do what I need to do to make sure they return my money!

Warning!! Stop and don’t order from them!

DO NOT BUY!

The style is great, the quality is good, but you NEVER want to buy anything that you might have to return! They received my returns 6 days ago and have not even initiated my refund. I am on hold with customer service who "will be a while and process my refund one item at a time. "The return facility is "too busy" to process the refunds along with the returned merchandise", she stated.

Poor quality merchandise unprofessional service

The merchandise I received was not sewn properly and therefore had a horribly unflattering fit.‘s company does not offer free returns so the customer winds up paying to return poor quality items. The return process was difficult but I sent it back in a timely fashion. Two weeks have passed and they have not processed my refund. When I called their office, the employee was not able to give me a firm answer on when my money would be returned. Extremely unprofessional, poor quality

Zero customer service

I returned a top because the fabric had flaws in it-it's been over a month and multiple contacts by me and they do not respond- nor has my return been processed.
